		<description>Discipline is best enforced by inconvenience. Even in Windows, you can create an &#039;admin&#039; user and a &#039;restricted&#039; one.  I found this increases the life time of a &#039;clean&#039; install dramatically.

Of course, it&#039;s better to avoid Windows altogether...</description>
